incorporating glass rose to a mirror

many thanks Jackie - UK Answer Hi Jackie, My first question is...does the mirror have a stained glass border, or is it just a plain mirror? Second question...what side of the mirror are you cutting on? You must cut mirror on the mirror side, not the back. As for the rose, if it is just a plain mirror, you could glue the rose to the side of the mirror. Silicone glue would hold it the best. If the mirror has a stained glass border, you could solder the rose to the border. Lay it on the mirror in a position that is pleasing to you, then solder the rose to the border wherever the rose touches any solder joints on the border. |
