MAC Glue

by Sue

I've just learned about a new glue for stained glass. It was developed for long time mosaic artist, Tina McIntire when she became frustrated with all the glue products on the market that were not meeting her needs.

This glue dries quickly, has a water resistant bond for outdoor projects, is completely clear with no color hues, and can be thinned enough to draw intricate patterns for glass or beads to be laid onto.

I have not used MAC glue yet, but I've heard wonderful reports about it, and it sounds like a dream come true. I use glue for all sorts of things in my stained glass work, and I understand Tina's frustration. All glues are not created equal and most of them are not suitable for stained glass work. MAC glue is a product I'll be ordering very soon.
