Numbers

by Heather
(Philadelphia)

I am interested in doing an address piece and am having difficulty finding a pattern to use for numbers. Any suggestions as to a pattern or stencil that I could use.

Answer

The easiest way I know of is to make some large numbers on your computer and print them out. If you use different fonts, you can make the numbers as plain or fancy as you want. Once they're all printed out, draw in some cut lines and you're ready to make your stained glass numbers.

Here is a web site with numbers ready to print: Number Stencils
