Pam's Fleur de Lis Cabinet Door
This was my first leaded glass project. The project is done in lead. My father has been working in glass for many years, however, I have never done so. With his guidance, I was able to completed this project in about 12 hours.
I found it to be relatively easy and a good project for a beginner. The glass used was waterfall, and glue chip. The diamonds at the top and bottom are beveled with glue chip centers. The Fleur de Lis is in glue chip and the other pieces are in waterfall.
The design is one that I came up with. The Fleur de Lis pattern in the center is derived from an image I found on the Internet.
