Sunflowers

by Chuck Bosshart
(Two Harbors, MN)

Sunflowers

Sunflowers

This panel is entilted (Sunflowers). I saw this first, as a finished panel, that was for sale at a local glass shop , and I had to make one for myself.

I got the pattern from the book (Down the Garden Path). I love the bright yellow of the flowers and the detailed woven basket.

I made an oak frame for it and had a Label engraved "Sisters at Heart".

This is a copper foil panel and it took approx 1 month to complete, working on it in my spare time.

Thanks
Chuck

It's beautiful

I love sunflowers and was looking for a pattern for one. What size is your panel? I have never done one that big. Your panel turned out great.

The panel looks great. Copper foiling, and the soldering looks nice and clean. Well done!

Chuck...that's a beautiful panel, and your soldering looks perfect. I can see why you had to make one for yourself.

Thanks for sharing it with us,
Sue
