Would you like some No Days Glaze?

by Keith Robinson
(Cottingham UK)

Hi Sue,

Its me again, I have progressed quite a bit now and thanks to your help done a few rebuilds and original panels since last contact. My soldering is much improved.

I have answered a query about No Days Glaze as I bought loads of it, thinking it would be just right for me. - which it isnt. I did some really in-depth tests but cant get on with it. Would you like a couple of rolls to try it for yourself? FOC - just let me know if you do.

Regards Keith

Answer

Hi Keith,

It's great to hear from you again. I'm so pleased with your progress in building panels as well as soldering. I remember those pictures you sent me of your first soldering attempts!

As far as the No Daze Glaze goes, I really appreciate the offer, but NO THANKS! The only work we do is production work and I don't want to use a putty that has no long term data. It is very new and there is no way of knowing, for sure, that it will hold up 25, 50 or even 100 years from now. Perhaps you could sell the excess on Ebay.

Please keep in touch, and post some more pictures. We'd love to see your most recent work.

Sue
